District 191 schools to participate in Minnesota Sealant Program
Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191 is participating in the Minnesota School Sealant Program, which provides students with the opportunity to receive free or reduced-cost preventive dental services at school.
A licensed dental professional will be offering sealants, cleanings and fluoride varnishes to students at the following schools on:
April 8 — Eagle Ridge Middle School
April 9 — Harriet Bishop Elementary School
April 16 — Vista View Elementary School
April 29 — Edward Neill Elementary School
April 30 — Gideon Pond Elementary School
May 6 — Sky Oaks Elementary School
May 7 — Nicollet Middle School
May 13 — William Byrne Elementary School
May 14 — Rahn Elementary School
May 22 — Hidden Valley Elementary School
In order to receive these services at school, parents/guardians need to fill out a consent form. Students will receive a paper copy of the consent form, which parents/guardians can fill out and return to their child’s school. Consent forms can also be downloaded and printed.
